Scope of Work: In anticipation of the Keystone Pipeline project, an area in the Hardisty Tank Farm was developed to support the installation of 8 storage tanks, as well as a process area. Construction scope included the stripping of topsoil, cut and fill to grade of 400,000 cubic meters of material, installation of MSE walls, HDPE liners, as well as aggregates for grading and tank foundation construction.
